Tanner Lovelace PDF Print E-mail

Tanner Lovelace is interested in way too many things.  When he's not hacking on KDE to make it run natively on the Mac he can be found doing ham radio stuff, juggling, geocaching, mountain biking or making music on various instruments.  This will be his first Ohio Linux Fest and he's looking forward to seeing everything.

Mark Hinkle: Trail Boss PDF Print E-mail

Mark Hinkle is the trail boss and mastermind behind the Software Freedom Road Rally. Since getting officially old he longs for the days when he and his rugby buddies piled into a big crappy van and drove around the country. As he's gotten to be a geek, he's been reduced to road tripping to open source conferences with other open source faithful. Mark is the Vice President of Community for Zenoss Inc. who makes the GPL licensed Network Management solution, Zenoss Core

Mark Turner: The Brains PDF Print E-mail

Mark Turner eats, sleeps and breathes software freedom. He has lead countless crusades to the shadowy corners of the globe in his tireless effort to free software everywhere it is being oppressed.

(In actuality, Mark works as a Client Services Engineer at Zenoss and has fun doing it.)

Matt Frye: Videographer PDF Print E-mail

Matt Frye is a writer, film maker, and practitioner of the semi-ancient art of mental Kung Foo.  When not engaged in propagandic road rallies, he enjoys haning out with his family, fly fishing, martial arts movies, and ham radio.

We are on the road with the Software Freedom Road Rally van.  And, we are trackable!  Go to this web page and the van should show up under my ham radio callsign: KB4TYE. We've got Internet connectivity through an EVDO router provided by Mark Hinkle and Zenoss and should be transmitting our position the entire way up to OLF!

We have created our Software Freedom Road Rally team page on the Software Freedom Day Wiki.

Stay tuned for more information about the Software Freedom Road Rally.
